Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase hospital service utilization and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with doctors, nursing management, corporate clients, and insurance providers.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure KPIs are met and high-performance standards are maintained.
- Analyze healthcare market data to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages in the Tegalsari area.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and patient experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic presentations for senior management.
- Represent Bundamedik in professional networking events and healthcare industry forums.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a relevant medical/health-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital sales or medical business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong network within the Indonesian healthcare ecosystem (insurance companies and corporate accounts is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to manage high-level stakeholders and navigate complex institutional environments.
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel locally as required to meet clients and stakeholders.
