Tanggung Jawab
- Host engaging live streaming sessions on social media platforms (16:00–23:00 shift)
- Present beauty products with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Interact with live audiences in real-time, answering questions and facilitating purchases
- Follow scripted content while maintaining authentic, engaging delivery
- Monitor live chat and respond promptly to audience comments
- Collaborate with marketing team to align with campaign objectives
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards during broadcasts
Kualifikasi
- Previous live streaming, hosting, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and public speaking skills
- Comfortable with unscripted, real-time audience interaction
- Ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout extended shifts
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and live streaming tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty industry knowledge a plus
- Must be available for fixed 16:00–23:00 schedule (nonstop)
