Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions on social media platforms to promote Hebe Beauty products and engage with the audience in real-time.
- Manage live chat interactions, answering viewer questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Maintain high energy levels and a positive demeanor throughout the broadcast to maximize viewer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with product launches and seasonal trends.
- Follow provided scripts and product knowledge guidelines to ensure accurate and persuasive sales pitches.
- Analyze viewer feedback and engagement metrics to suggest improvements for future streaming sessions.
- Ensure the broadcast environment is set up correctly with proper lighting, sound, and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in live hosting, customer service, or social media management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in English.
- Comfortable working flexible evening shifts, specifically from 16:00 to 23:00.
- A friendly, approachable, and charismatic personality.
- Basic understanding of beauty products and current beauty trends is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for broadcasting.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes during a live session.
