Tanggung Jawab
- Host live streaming sessions across various platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, YouTube) with high energy and professionalism.
- Engage with the audience in real-time, answer questions, and manage chat interactions to build a loyal community.
- Collaborate with the production and content team to develop scripts, discuss topics, and prepare for upcoming broadcasts.
- Promote products and services effectively during live segments to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts, repost highlights, and maintain a consistent online presence.
- Attend rehearsals, training sessions, and team meetings to ensure content quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hosting, live streaming, or public speaking is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and confidently on camera.
- Strong memorization skills to deliver scripts and product information accurately.
- Familiarity with digital media trends, TikTok algorithms, and social media engagement strategies.
- Professional appearance and a charismatic on-camera presence.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as live streaming often occurs outside standard office hours.
