Are you a charismatic communicator with a passion for e-commerce? PZ Cussons is looking for an energetic and professional Host Livestreamer to join our team in Tangerang. As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a talented individual to drive brand engagement and sales through high-impact in-house livestreaming sessions.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting directly with our community, showcasing our product portfolio, and converting viewers into loyal customers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our live-selling strategy, optimizing performance based on real-time metrics, and creating a fun, interactive shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily livestream sessions across various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia).
- Present product demonstrations, benefits, and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales conversion rates.
- Engage actively with viewers by answering product inquiries, resolving concerns, and building community rapport in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan compelling content calendars and promotional themes.
- Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics (views, duration, retention, and sales) to iterate and improve future sessions.
- Prepare the studio environment, including lighting, product placement, and technical setups before going live.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and inventory readiness for all promoted items.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience as a livestream host, key opinion leader (KOL), or in a high-energy sales role.
- Strong command of spoken Bahasa Indonesia with excellent articulation and public speaking skills.
- Confidence in front of the camera with the ability to maintain high energy for extended periods.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian e-commerce platforms and the live-selling landscape.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting sales strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to improvise and troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts.
