Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Identify, report, and mitigate potential safety risks or security breaches within the hotel.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily incidents and suspicious activities.
- Assist guests with directions, transport queries, and general information while maintaining a security presence.
- Manage parking areas and ensure authorized access to restricted zones.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Garda Pratama certification is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in security, preferably within the hotel or tourism industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Good physical health and stamina for patrolling and standing for long periods.
- Basic command of English (spoken) to communicate with international guests.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
