Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough daily cleaning of the dining area, entrance, and exterior restaurant grounds.
- Ensure all floors, furniture, and surfaces are polished, sanitized, and dust-free.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in customer restrooms throughout the shift.
- Manage waste disposal protocols and keep refuse areas organized and hygienic.
- Assist in setting up dining tables and ensuring the restaurant layout is consistent with our presentation standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, repairs, or safety hazards immediately to the restaurant manager.
- Properly store and manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts on weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a professional attitude toward work.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is a plus.
