Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR database maintenance
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist in onboarding new hires and preparation of employment contracts
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
