Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace culture
- Manage performance management systems and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives
