MVP Asia Pacific is seeking a highly motivated HR & Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our offshore operations run smoothly by managing end-to-end payroll processes and providing comprehensive HR support tailored to our Australian clients.
As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with AU statutory requirements, maintaining employee records, and delivering exceptional service to our internal team. Tanggung Jawab
- Process end-to-end payroll for Australian employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain compliance with Australian taxation laws, superannuation requirements, and Fair Work regulations.
- Manage employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract modifications.
- Prepare and generate payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in the HRIS/Payroll system.
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to streamline administrative processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Australian Payroll and HR administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws, tax regulations, and superannuation.
- High proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar AU-compliant platforms).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work independently in an offshore setup while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
