Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for employees in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee databases, including updates for salary adjustments, leaves, and overtime calculations.
- Handle tax reporting (PPh 21) and social security administration (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan) accurately and timely.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and analysis for management review on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and ensure disbursement accuracy.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and tax-related matters with a high level of customer service.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive payroll and employee personal data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR Payroll or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations (PPh 21), and BPJS systems.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and basic English.
