Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and attendance management.
- Act as a primary liaison between management and employees to resolve grievances and improve workplace relations.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company internal policies.
- Manage employee training and development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and manage talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate regular HR analytical reports for management.
- Handle industrial relations matters and ensure a safe and supportive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or in a leadership position within an HR department (minimum 3-5 years).
- Bilingual proficiency is mandatory (Professional working proficiency in Mandarin or English required).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
