Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in strategic HR planning and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector highly desirable
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven HR analytics
