We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRGA Manager to join our team in Jakarta Barat. As the HRGA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between human resources operations and general affairs to ensure organizational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle—from strategic recruitment and talent acquisition to maintaining a productive and compliant workplace environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indonesian labor law, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing organizational facility operations. You will be expected to optimize HR workflows, foster a positive company culture, and manage administrative infrastructure to support our business growth in the manufacturing and logistics sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent in alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment team, ensuring KPI attainment and quality of hire.
- Oversee all General Affairs functions, including facility maintenance, vehicle fleet management, security, and office operations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian Manpower Laws and local regulations regarding employee relations and labor disputes.
- Manage employee benefit administration, payroll coordination, and performance appraisal cycles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal corporate regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast human capital needs and manage organizational development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an HR managerial role, specifically within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and industrial relations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving ability and high integrity in handling sensitive personnel information.
