Talentvis is seeking a strategic and operational HRGA Manager to oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs functions at our Probolinggo facility. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring a harmonious work environment, strict compliance with labor regulations, and efficient site management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s manufacturing goals and operational needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for large-scale employee groups.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and company internal policies.
- Oversee all General Affairs functions, including facility maintenance, security, transportation, and canteen services.
- Manage industrial relations to maintain a positive and stable work environment, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Handle payroll administration, benefits, BPJS compliance, and personnel data management.
- Lead performance management programs to drive employee efficiency and development within the factory floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or Management.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HRGA management, specifically within a large-scale manufacturing or labor-intensive industry.
- Deep and practical understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, regulations, and industrial relations.
- Proven ability to manage large employee workforces with diverse roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
