We are currently looking for a talented HRIS Business Analyst to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation within our HR function and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our human resources operations.

As an HRIS Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between our HR department and IT teams, ensuring that our HR systems meet business needs and align with the bank's strategic objectives. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to testing and implementation. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify process improvements, configure system enhancements, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HRIS enhancements and projects.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose system solutions to optimize HR processes, including payroll, benefits, talent management, and reporting.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of HRIS projects, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Create and maintain functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation for system changes and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and integration of HRIS modules.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new system functionalities and best practices.
  • Analyze HR data and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to recommend system improvements and ensure data integrity and security.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on HRIS or HR systems.
  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes in Singapore is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
