Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain safety equipment readiness
- Deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors
- Monitor environmental compliance and waste management practices
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting systems
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to national safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE roles within manufacturing or industrial settings
- Valid K3 Umum certification and familiarity with local HSE regulations
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Proficiency in HSE documentation and reporting software
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
