We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In the fast-paced sectors of Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment is paramount. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across manufacturing and logistics facilities.
- Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate and deliver health and safety training programs to employees and contractors.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Monitor environmental performance, including waste management and emissions control.
- Prepare and present detailed HSE performance reports to management on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in Manufacturing, Transportation, or Logistics.
- Possess valid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) General Certification.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and environmental compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate potential hazards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train staff and liaise with management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
