This pivotal role requires a proactive professional to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management systems across our manufacturing operations. You'll lead regulatory compliance initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and foster a culture where safety excellence is ingrained in daily operations.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure adherence to international standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and Indonesian regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs compliant with local regulations and international standards
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and workplace inspections to identify hazards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate emergency response planning and crisis management protocols
- Manage HSE documentation, reporting, and performance metrics tracking
- Mentor staff and promote safety awareness through communication campaigns and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HSE leadership experience in manufacturing/metals industry
- Certification in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or equivalent safety management systems
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and labor laws
- Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and training abilities with multilingual proficiency (Bahasa Indonesia/English)
- Proven track record of implementing successful safety culture initiatives
