PT Golden Victory Manufacturies is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious HSE Confined Space Specialist to join our team in Jawa Tengah. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing high-risk activities, ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety standards, and mitigating risks associated with confined space operations.

Upon successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, you will be integrated as a permanent member of our production and safety team. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a zero-accident workplace culture by monitoring operations, performing risk assessments, and ensuring all safety equipment is strictly utilized according to protocols.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise all confined space entry operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough pre-entry risk assessments and implement necessary control measures.
- Ensure that all safety permits for confined space work are valid and strictly followed.
- Regularly inspect safety equipment, including gas detectors, respirators, and harness systems.
- Provide on-site safety briefings and training to staff regarding hazard awareness.
- Document safety incidents, near-misses, and perform daily inspections of the work area.
- Report any non-compliance issues immediately to the HSE management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or relevant vocational training.
- Certified in K3 Confined Space (mandatory).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HSE role within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of national occupational health and safety regulations.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Good physical health and ability to work in varying site conditions.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for safety reporting and documentation.
