PT Golden Victory Manufacturies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE Officer specializing in PLB3 (Pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun) to join our manufacturing team in Jawa Tengah. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of hazardous waste (PLB3) storage and disposal according to government regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential environmental and safety hazards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and permits related to hazardous waste management for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies and third-party disposal vendors.
- Develop and implement SOPs for the safe handling, labeling, and transportation of hazardous materials.
- Provide training and safety briefings to staff regarding hazardous waste protocols.
- Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HSE, specifically in hazardous waste (PLB3) management within a manufacturing environment.
- Possess a valid K3 certification (K3 Umum or K3 Spesialis Lingkungan is preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations regarding hazardous waste.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence safety culture at all levels.
- Willingness to be based in Jawa Tengah.
