Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HSE strategies and long-term roadmaps for the entire group to align with global sustainability standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of HSE professionals to drive performance and continuous improvement across all business units.
- Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols, emergency response plans, and environmental compliance frameworks.
- Conduct high-level risk assessments, audits, and performance reviews to identify trends and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to influence organizational culture, fostering a deep-seated accountability for safety and environmental impact.
- Represent the group in dealings with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure full compliance and reputation management.
- Drive digitalization in HSE reporting and analytics to provide real-time visibility into group-wide safety performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive HSE management experience, preferably in mining, natural resources, or heavy industry.
- Expert-level knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (K3) and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Proven track record of managing HSE systems for multi-site or large-scale group operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, or local AK3 certifications) are highly advantageous.
