Sinar Sukses Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Purwakarta. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environment activities to ensure a zero-accident workplace. You will lead safety initiatives, ensure compliance with national K3 regulations, and foster a culture of safety excellence across our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of manufacturing safety protocols. You will act as the primary liaison for safety audits, training programs, and incident reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with government regulations and company standards.
- Lead regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Organize and conduct comprehensive safety training and induction programs for all employees and contractors.
- Manage incident reporting, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate emergency response protocols.
- Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, water usage, and emission control in accordance with ISO standards.
- Prepare detailed monthly HSE reports and safety performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety best practices into daily production workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an HSE role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Possess a valid K3 General or Industrial Hygiene certification (Sertifikasi K3 Umum).
- Proficient in interpreting local environmental laws, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence staff at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to be based in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat.
