Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, is looking for a highly motivated Hub Lead to join our SPX Express team in Gabuswetan, Indramayu. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our local logistics hub, ensuring that thousands of packages reach our customers safely and on time.
As a Hub Lead, you will oversee end-to-end hub operations, managing daily workflows, team performance, and inventory integrity. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Shopee's high service standards by optimizing routing, minimizing operational risks, and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to help us scale our delivery capabilities in West Java.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the hub operations team to ensure daily delivery targets are met consistently.
- Monitor real-time delivery performance and address bottlenecks to ensure on-time parcel processing.
- Implement and enforce strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize parcel loss, theft, or damage.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate scanning and tracking of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with regional logistics heads to optimize delivery routes and increase last-mile efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and safety briefings for all hub staff and delivery riders.
- Manage hub facility maintenance and ensure compliance with company health and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management (experience with last-mile delivery is a plus).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of operational staff.
- Proficient in using logistics management systems, data tracking tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and implement process improvements.
- Must be willing to be based in Gabuswetan, Indramayu, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work on a contract basis with a flexible schedule, including weekends if required.
