Shopee is seeking a strategic and results-driven Hub Lead to oversee our SPX Express operations in Bali and Nusa Tenggara. As a key member of our logistics division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the hub, ensuring seamless movement of goods and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. You will serve as the primary leader for the site, driving efficiency in fulfillment processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable delivery.
In this role, you will act as the operational heartbeat of the hub, monitoring all transactions and managing the flow of inventory with precision. You will lead a diverse team of staff, providing mentorship and training to develop their skills and drive performance. We are looking for a leader who can optimize warehouse processes, enforce safety protocols, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Oversight: Monitor all daily transactions and logistics activities within the SPX Express Hub to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Inventory Control: Strictly oversee inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely dispatch of orders.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and develop staff performance, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance to maintain a secure and organized working environment.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze operational data and prepare reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and meet delivery targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regional logistics heads and warehouse managers, to align on strategic goals.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics operations, or supply chain leadership.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams, managing staff, and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
