In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind our local delivery operations, ensuring that packages are processed efficiently, safely, and on time to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
As the Hub Lead, you will manage end-to-end hub operations, from inbound sorting and warehouse organization to coordinating the last-mile delivery team. You will lead a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of productivity, accuracy, and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring seamless flow of inbound and outbound packages.
- Monitor and analyze daily productivity KPIs, taking corrective actions to optimize turnaround time.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of hub staff and delivery riders to achieve high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, warehouse protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Manage warehouse inventory and assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintenance.
- Coordinate closely with regional logistics management to resolve bottlenecks and address client issues.
- Prepare regular operational reports on throughput, delivery success rates, and staff attendance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (including weekends if necessary).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Local residency in the Sleman or Yogyakarta area is highly preferred.
