Are you a natural leader with a passion for logistics and operational excellence? Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, is looking for a dynamic Hub Lead to join our SPX Express team in the Sulawesi Tenggara region (Kab. Buton, Kab. Muna, and Kab. Bombana). In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our last-mile delivery operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, every time.
As a Hub Lead, you will manage daily hub operations, supervise delivery personnel, and implement strategic measures to minimize package loss and damage. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to maintaining high service standards in the logistics sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily hub operations to ensure high productivity and accuracy in package handling.
- Monitor and track real-time delivery performance to guarantee on-time delivery KPIs are met.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of delivery riders and hub staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement strict quality control measures to reduce the rate of lost, damaged, or mishandled packages.
- Coordinate with regional logistics managers to resolve operational bottlenecks and logistical challenges.
- Analyze daily reports and metrics to identify areas for operational improvement and cost optimization.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment in compliance with company health and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of field staff.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or logistics management software.
- Deep understanding of last-mile delivery processes and logistics networks in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing operational demands.
- Willingness to be stationed in Kab. Buton, Kab. Muna, or Kab. Bombana.
