Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily hub operations, ensuring 100% compliance with SiCepat operational standards.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a large team of courier and sorting staff to maximize productivity and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement effective operational improvements.
- Coordinate with regional logistics networks to ensure timely pick-up and delivery schedules.
- Maintain strict control over inventory accuracy and handle logistical escalations with professional resolution.
- Ensure a safe and organized working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding operational performance, regional challenges, and resource requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and local distribution networks.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and work under pressure in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Logistics Management Systems (WMS/TMS).
- Willingness to be based in the Bali - Nusa Tenggara region and travel as required.
