Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily hub operations to ensure all parcels are processed, sorted, and dispatched according to SLA.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operational staff and couriers to achieve daily performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze hub productivity reports, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, operational policies, and internal audit procedures.
- Maintain seamless coordination with regional offices and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Manage hub inventory and assets, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational speed and reduce delivery lead times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain, preferably in the Jabodetabek area.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Excel proficiency is a must).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a shifting/roster-based schedule.
- Deep understanding of the geography and logistical challenges within the Jabodetabek region.
