Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff and drivers to maximize productivity and morale.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments according to schedule.
- Implement and monitor strict safety protocols, including OHS compliance and security measures.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with regional management to align hub goals with the company's broader strategy.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve operational issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written).
