Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the HR team with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Help maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs aimed at fostering a positive work culture.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for management review.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, logistics, and tracking employee development activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in special HR projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall team objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit to a full-time or part-time internship schedule as per the school requirements, preferably for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.
  • Previous internship or extracurricular involvement in HR, events, or student organizations is an advantage.
  • Must be authorized to work as an intern in the Philippines.
