This role is pivotal in driving employee engagement, managing recruitment pipelines, and enforcing company policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage the full cycle of payroll administration and benefits coordination.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and company regulations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to managers and staff.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in Manufacturing or Retail.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
