Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting of HVAC system performance
- Provide on-site technical support for HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities
- Conduct systematic inspections of HVAC systems to identify operational inefficiencies
- Document technical findings and recommend solutions for system optimization
- Support troubleshooting activities for complex mechanical and electrical HVAC components
- Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules for commercial facilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, ventilation systems, and climate control principles
- Certification in HVAC technology or refrigeration (e.g., EPA 608) preferred
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and testing equipment for HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently in field environments with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and client interactions
