In this role, you will be the guardian of our data ecosystem, ensuring that market and customer analytics are based on accurate, reliable, and actionable information.
As an IB Data Steward, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our Installed Base (IB) data, supporting cross-functional teams in making data-driven marketing decisions. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and technical data management, helping us optimize how we engage with our customers across the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Installed Base (IB) data within company databases.
- Perform regular data cleansing and validation activities to maintain high data quality standards.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Monitor data health trends and proactively resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.
- Support marketing and sales teams by providing clean, segmented datasets for business intelligence reporting.
- Document data lineage and maintain comprehensive metadata catalogs for organizational transparency.
- Assist in the automation of data workflows to reduce manual input and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the digital customer experience through data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data management, data stewardship, or business analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is required.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data pattern recognition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data findings into business insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, collaborative team environment.
- Background in data governance frameworks or master data management (MDM) concepts is a significant advantage.
