- Create original kawaii-style character illustrations for product lines and branding campaigns
- Design visually compelling packaging concepts that balance aesthetic appeal with functional requirements
- Develop production-ready artwork including vector graphics, layouts, and high-resolution assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and project briefs
- Revise designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and client expectations
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries for efficient asset retrieval and version control
- Research and incorporate emerging illustration trends while maintaining signature style consistency
- Prepare design specifications for manufacturing partners to ensure accurate production
Kualifikasi
- Proven portfolio showcasing kawaii-style character illustrations and graphic design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate with strong technical skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in illustration and packaging design
- Deep understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual narratives
- Experience working with product development teams on production-ready artwork
- Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback
