Join PT Holycatlabs Indonesia as an Import Costing & Logistics Staff and become a key player in our global supply chain operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and analyze import costs including duties, taxes, and shipping fees
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance
- Prepare and manage import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates)
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve logistics delays proactively
- Conduct regular cost analysis and identify savings opportunities
- Collaborate with procurement teams on supplier negotiations
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and trade policies
- Generate monthly logistics cost reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in import/export operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Excel for data analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with Incoterms and shipping documentation
