Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import customs clearance processes for all incoming shipments, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare, verify, and submit accurate import documentation, including customs declarations, permits, and licenses.
- Liaise effectively with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other external agencies.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, tariffs, international trade laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, warehouse, finance) for timely goods receipt, dispatch, and payment.
- Promptly resolve any customs-related issues, discrepancies, or delays, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all import transactions and customs documentation for audit purposes.
- Monitor changes in customs regulations and advise management on potential impacts, recommending proactive adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in import customs clearance or a similar role, ideally within Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs laws, regulations, tariffs, and import procedures.
- Proficiency in using customs declaration systems and relevant supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with stakeholders.
