Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize international import/export operations across multiple markets
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global suppliers, logistics partners, and customs authorities
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
- Manage and negotiate contracts with international vendors to secure favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities for global expansion
- Oversee supply chain logistics, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Implement cost-control measures and budget management for trade operations
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, production) to ensure seamless cross-functional execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in import/export operations, preferably in manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures
- Proven track record in managing cross-border logistics and supply chain optimization
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in vendor contract management
- Proficiency in trade management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
