Vanadia Utama is a leading player in the manufacturing and logistics sector, currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import Export Officer to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our international trade operations, ensuring that our global supply chain functions seamlessly while remaining strictly compliant with local and international trade regulations.
As our Import Export Officer, you will manage the end-to-end documentation process, coordinate with freight forwarders, and oversee the logistical flow of shipments. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of customs clearance processes, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for import and export shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to optimize logistical operations.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Certificate of Origin.
- Track shipment statuses and proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding any delays or issues.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all import/export records and permit documentation (NIB, IT, etc.).
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and agencies to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements in current logistics workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an Import/Export or Logistics role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, INSW, and related trade permits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
