Dreame Technology, a global leader in high-tech home appliances, is looking for an Import & Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our local operations, ensuring that our innovative products reach our customers efficiently and in full compliance with Indonesian regulatory standards.
As our Import & Logistics Specialist, you will bridge the gap between our international manufacturing facilities and the local market. You will manage the end-to-end import lifecycle, coordinate with freight forwarders, and navigate the complexities of product certification processes. If you are fluent in Mandarin and possess a strong grasp of logistics management and customs clearance, we want to hear from you. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our supply chain excellence during an exciting period of growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams in China and local government authorities to ensure smooth product importation.
- Handle SNI and other mandatory product certification processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve bottlenecks to prevent supply chain delays.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize warehouse distribution and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, ensuring adherence to Indonesian import laws.
- Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (both spoken and written) for daily communication with our headquarters.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations or logistics within a multinational environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations and SNI certification processes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
