Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import/export processes and documentation
- Prepare and draft accurate master lists for customs clearance
- Liaise with relevant government officials and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of shipments
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation
- Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export documentation
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant documentation software and MS Office applications
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with logistics software is a plus
