Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end import documentation process, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to track shipments and resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Prepare and verify necessary import documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang).
- Ensure all import activities comply with local customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
- Monitor and update the status of incoming shipments in the ERP system to provide stakeholders with accurate arrival projections.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of goods from port to warehouse.
- Handle administrative tasks related to import payments, duty calculations, and tax documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an Import or Logistics role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian import regulations, HS Codes, and custom clearance procedures.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with logistics management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task management.
