In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of our import operations, ensuring seamless supply chain integration and cost-effective procurement strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for all imported raw materials and industrial components.
- Manage end-to-end import cycles including issuing Purchase Orders (PO), drafting legal contracts, and managing Letter of Credit (LC) processes.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and payment conditions with international suppliers to ensure competitive advantage.
- Oversee rigorous documentation processes, ensuring full compliance with customs, shipping, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, ensuring quality standards and delivery timelines are consistently met.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse departments to streamline inventory turnover and avoid supply disruptions.
- Provide detailed reports on market trends, cost fluctuations, and procurement budgets to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in international purchasing or procurement management within the manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Import/Export regulations, Incoterms, and customs clearance procedures.
- Expertise in managing Letter of Credit (LC), T/T, and other international payment instruments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with overseas vendors.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure environments in a manufacturing setting.
