Pilar Inti Fittindo, a leading player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly skilled Import Purchasing Specialist to oversee and optimize our international procurement and import operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end import process, ensuring cost-efficiency, and maintaining compliance with all international trade regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain logistics, customs clearance procedures, and vendor management. You will work closely with global suppliers and internal production teams to ensure that raw materials and components are sourced and delivered punctually to maintain our high production standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of international procurement, from purchase order issuance to final delivery.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely import clearance.
- Monitor and track import shipments, resolving any logistical issues or port delays proactively.
- Analyze purchasing costs, including duties and freight, to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate import documentation in compliance with Indonesian customs regulations (PIB/PEB).
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and lead time compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process import-related payments and maintain accurate inventory records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in import purchasing or international logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, HS codes, and import licensing (NIB, IT, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage international vendor relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
