GRAVITY BALI INVEST is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Import Sales Executive to join our growing team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be the bridge between our international suppliers and our local operations, ensuring seamless import processes while driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in customs clearance regulations, international shipping documentation, and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing key accounts, and providing expert consultation to our clients regarding import strategies and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients for import services.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on customs clearance processes and international shipping regulations.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing international and local clients.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customs brokerage teams to ensure timely cargo delivery.
- Prepare and manage accurate import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the Bali market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Import Sales or Freight Forwarding.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, HS codes, and import licensing.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English (business proficiency required).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to interpret shipping contracts and international trade agreements.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
