Join PT Mitraindo Adi Perkasa as an Import Sourcing Executive and drive our chemical procurement strategy in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This critical role requires expertise in international supply chains, chemical sourcing, and supplier relationship management. You'll be responsible for identifying reliable global suppliers, negotiating cost-effective contracts, and ensuring seamless import logistics to support our production operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate international suppliers for chemical raw materials
- Conduct supplier negotiations for pricing, quality, and delivery terms
- Coordinate end-to-end import logistics including customs clearance
- Monitor market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with chemical import regulations and safety standards
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
- Collaborate with production teams to align procurement schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Chemistry, or Business Administration
- 3+ years in import/export procurement, preferably in chemical industry
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
