In this role, you will be the backbone of our international supply chain, ensuring that all imported goods move seamlessly through customs and reach their destination without delay.
As our Import Specialist, you will manage complex documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure strict compliance with Indonesian import regulations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of export-import workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation, including Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, and Certificate of Origin.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely arrival of shipments.
- Process customs clearance procedures, ensuring all shipments comply with Indonesian government regulations (PIB, NPWP, NIB).
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve potential delays or bottlenecks in the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all import transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory intake.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations from the Ministry of Trade and Customs to ensure full legal compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an import/logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulations and HS Code classification.
- Proficiency in using the INSW (Indonesia National Single Window) system is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing time-sensitive documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic logistics conditions.
