Style Korean Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Import Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our international operations, ensuring that our high-quality Korean beauty products reach our customers seamlessly.
You will be responsible for managing the entire import lifecycle, from coordinating with international suppliers to navigating complex customs regulations and local distribution logistics. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Indonesian import trade regulations (PIB, NIB, BPOM compliance) and thrives in a fast-paced, beauty-centric environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end import process, including document preparation, freight forwarding coordination, and customs clearance.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations, including HS Code classification, permit requirements, and tax obligations.
- Coordinate closely with overseas suppliers and local forwarders to monitor shipment status and resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Handle documentation related to BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan) requirements for cosmetic imports.
- Maintain accurate records of import activities, costs, and shipping manifests for audit and reporting purposes.
- Track and manage lead times to ensure inventory levels are maintained in accordance with market demand.
- Proactively communicate shipment updates to internal stakeholders, including procurement and warehouse teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Import Specialist or in a similar Supply Chain role within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Customs Law, Incoterms, and export-import documentation (BL, Invoice, Packing List, PIB).
- Experience dealing with BPOM registration and import requirements for cosmetics is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
