Sinar Jaya is looking for a dedicated Import Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our import operations, bridging communication gaps with international suppliers, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods within our supply chain.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end import process, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs and trade regulations.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers in China to coordinate shipments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare, verify, and process all necessary import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure timely arrivals.
- Monitor and track shipment status, providing regular updates to internal departments regarding delivery schedules.
- Handle customs clearance procedures, including HS Code classification and permit management.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all import activities for audit and analysis purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for daily communication with international suppliers.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in import, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs clearance processes, PIB/PPJK, and INSW systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
