Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import processes from planning to execution
- Coordinate with international suppliers and logistics partners
- Prepare and submit import documentation (PI, PIB, invoices, permits)
- Monitor shipment tracking and ensure timely delivery
- Analyze import costs and identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs and trade regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, warehouse, finance)
- Maintain accurate import records and generate status reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in import/export operations
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Deep understanding of Indonesian customs procedures
- Proficient in import documentation systems and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
